Most restaurants in St Kitts offer a continental menu with island variations while Nevis offers a more simple and relaxed dish. Charlestown’s small restaurants cater to both Nevisians and visitors. Most meals comprise fruits, including mangoes, papayas and bananas, which are sold at the waterfront market. A wide range of imported drinks are available as well. My personal FAVORITE is the HONEYBEE! YUMMMMMYYYY :)

Chain restaurants have yet to land on these islands, where the options instead range from great beach-shack barbecue to Caribbean-flavored plantation-inn feasts. The emphasis is on seafood and chicken dishes, as few cattle are raised in this pocket-sized nation. The water is potable, but try Ting, a grapefruit-flavored soda, or Carib beer, a light lager, both bottled on St. Kitts.

My Song to Nevis!

Liming In Nevis

Liming is a West Indian term for taking it easy, relaxing or unwinding in a gentle, unhurried way, for those unfamiliar with the term.

The Mount Nevis Hotel is the perfect place to do do just that. You can LIME there anytime with your sweetheart or a group of friends on a Nevis Vacation.

I suppose it’s just ironic that The Mount Nevis Hotel was built on the land where a lime plantation once existed in the early 1800’s on Nevis Island.

Romantic and contemporary, it offers a one of a kind stay. A mile above sea level, this slice of heaven has a delightful constant breeze, low humidity and one of the best views in the Caribbean. It’s BREATHTAKING.

Reservations are required to dine in the magical ambiance of their amazing restaurant. I loved the cuisine, the staff and overall experience.

Besides the fabulous restaurant, the hotel grounds also offer a conference center, well equipt gym, gorgeous pool and cozy, contemporary, yet romantic rooms. A huge plus by the way… You can easily access the internet from your laptop! Always a HUGE PLUS for Me!

You can book your dream vacation to Nevis West Indies on the internet through the Hotels’ Online Booking Option. God Bless the internet; it is so convenient and makes life so simple.

Check out all of the Fun Activites The Mount Nevis Hotel is more than happy to book for you as well.

sm_logo02.gif This is a place on earth you simply do not want to miss out on! Take my word for it; it’s a DREAM COME TRUE!

Hope I could help ~ Becca Briley ;)
