If you simply cannot stay peacefully detached from your voicemail or phone calls, rest assured, all can be easily accessed on a Nevis Vacation!

Wouldn’t it be a blessing though to be able to turn off the phone for more than a day? I know what it feels like, and it is such a releasing feeling not to have your hands tied up at all times… if you can do it!

However, for many of us, we can’t survive without it.

So, can you use your Cell Phone in Nevis? YES!

Telestial.com provides some technological insight on cell phone use on Nevis Island:

Outside of the United States and a handful of countries, international cell phone carriers operate on a unified standard called GSM (Global Services for Mobile). This is why a cell phone for London will also work in Paris, Johannesburg, Beijing and Sydney…

And Yes… NEVIS…

This GSM standard requires a GSM mobile phone and a SIM card. The SIM card is a small chip that allows your phone to connect with a local wireless carrier in the country you are visiting…

If you are unsure of your cell phone’s capabilities and status, call your cell phone provider to see if you have these cellular components. Don’t worry, it’s easy to figure it out.
