There is nothing in the world more enjoyable than star gazing with your lover in the warm sand, under a star-lit sky as the golden sun dips into the glowing horizon… 
However, the sun has set and you are ready for some Thursday Thrills in Nevis!
Coconuts & Sea Breeze share the venue for our famous Beach BBQ & Buffet on Thursday night’s. Festivities continue after dinner with live music and dancing! Calypso tunes fill the beach front air at Nisbet Plantation Beach Club’s weekly seafood buffet every Thursday, plus live music in the Great House lounge can be enjoyed Sunday-Thursday in the high season.

Their Executive Chef Antonio F. Piani, from the Philippines, offeres the Plantation much variety in the menu as it changes daily to fit every palate. Examples:

• Cajun Dusted Tender Chicken Breast, Traditional Peas and Rice with Nisbet Virgin Sauce
• Char Grilled Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, Sweet Corn Whipped Potatoes with Wild Mushroom Sauce
Guests can savor an exquisite five-course dinner in an elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere. Dine inside, where two-foot-thick stone walls, art, and antiques provide a sense of the historical importance of Nisbet Plantation. Or enjoy an evening outside on the porch as the many colors of evening unfold.
Overlooking the pool and the beach, this open-air tropical restaurant, known for its casual nature and dining delights, is an ideal place to sit back, relax, and take in the invigorating island atmosphere.
A popular meeting place for breakfast, Coconuts is also the scene for our popular weekly evening poolside barbecue.
Following the managers welcome cocktail reception, you can feast on an island barbecue extravaganza. Afterwards you’re invited to bask in (and dance to) the lively rhythms of a local Caribbean band - right there on the beach!

No island beach resort would be complete without its own “signature” tropical concoction. The Sea Breeze Beach Bar at Nisbet Plantation has many, including the “All In One” made from our bartender’s special recipe and our infamous “Midday Creeper.” For those seeking casual dining, our friendly staff will be happy to serve you lunch under our colorful windsurfing sails. The Beach Bar, with its ideal tropical setting, serves as the epicenter of beach activities throughout the day till 6pm.
Trip Advisor advises that Nisbet is the Caribbean’s only luxury plantation inn located on the beach. This intimate hideaway is one of the Caribbean’s Top 10 Most Romantic Hotels and the ancestral home of Fanny Nisbet, the ever-faithful wife of British naval hero Admiral Horatio Nelson. A historic resort with only 36 rooms spread over 30 lush beachfront acres; Nisbet underwent a complete renovation in 2006.
